Dolmathakia Grapevine leaves stuffed with chopped beef and rice,
highlighted with lemon and special sauce.
Pastitsio   "Greek Lasagna" Baked macaroni, chopped beef in tomato
sauce, cheese, topped with Bechamel sauce.
Tiropita Cheese-filled triangles - a blend of crumbled Greek cheese,  with eggs and butter wrapped in filo, brushed with butter and baked to a flaky crisp.
